What Tastuno is
Tastuno is wellness meal-planning software for adults who are 18 years or older. It can help organize meal ideas around preferences, household needs, and carb targets. It is not a clinician, registered dietitian, pharmacy, emergency service, or clinical decision tool.
AI provider limitations
Tastuno may send health-adjacent meal preferences and AI-generated plans to an AI provider, including OpenAI. AI output can be incomplete, imprecise, or unsuitable for your situation. Review recipes, ingredients, serving sizes, carb counts, and preparation steps before use.
Nutrition and allergies
Nutrition values are model estimates for planning. Package labels, professional nutrition analysis, medical advice, and local allergen labeling take priority. Tastuno can flag likely conflicts from your profile, but you must check labels, cross-contact risk, and ingredient substitutions yourself.
Privacy and billing context
