Tastuno privacy policy

Tastuno is operated by Marcus Cvjeticanin, Bakkegata 9, 2821 Gjøvik, Norway, organization number 937906633. Tastuno is not VAT registered. Contact privacy@tastuno.com for privacy matters and support@tastuno.com for account or billing help.
Data we process
We process account identity, sign-in records, meal profile settings, allergies, dislikes, cuisines, carb targets, household planning inputs, saved generations, generation attempts, consent records, and subscription summaries. Tastuno accounts are for adults who are 18 years or older, though adults may create household plans.
AI and payments
Meal requests, health-adjacent preferences, and generated-plan details may be sent to our AI provider, including OpenAI, to create wellness meal plans and model estimates for planning. Stripe processes payment methods, invoices, subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing portal actions. Tastuno stores Stripe identifiers and billing status, not full card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage supports sign-in, security, consent, and meal-planning features. Optional analytics stay off unless you allow them. Marketing pixels are not used in this version. You can change consent choices from account settings or the Cookies page.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account exists. Failed generation attempts, error details, and abuse-prevention records are kept for a short operational window. Support, billing, tax, payment, and legal records may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or erase personal data, including a right to deletion. You can use account settings for export and deletion, or email privacy@tastuno.com. Active Stripe billing must be cancelled or ended first before local Tastuno and Auth data are deleted.
