Refunds, withdrawal, and cancellation

Tastuno is operated by Marcus Cvjeticanin, Bakkegata 9, 2821 Gjøvik, Norway, organization number 937906633. Tastuno is not VAT registered.
Trial and renewal terms
New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Stripe starts the selected paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal in account settings.
Refund approach
If something went wrong with billing or access, email support@tastuno.com promptly and we will review the issue. Refund decisions depend on the payment state, usage, applicable law, and whether Stripe can return the payment to the original method.
Withdrawal rights
If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, including an EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal period for eligible digital services, Tastuno will honor that right. Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw and include the email address on the account.
Privacy and account deletion
Account export and deletion are handled from account settings or by privacy request. Active Stripe billing must be cancelled or ended first before local Tastuno/Auth data is deleted. See the Privacy policy for the right to access and right to deletion.
